Meet Aida Blümli – Life Coach, Yoga Teacher, and Community Builder
Guiding individuals toward self-discovery and building spaces for connection—through her private work at Blossom with Aidasana and her nonprofit initiative Bloom Circle.

Our Story
Bloom Circle was born from the belief that healing and growth happen best in community—especially for those living away from family, homeland, or traditional support systems.

Founded by Aida Blümli, a yoga teacher and life coach living abroad, Bloom Circle began as a gathering space for movement and evolved into a vibrant container for transformation, conversation, and soulful connection.

Through yoga, coaching, workshops, and partnerships, Bloom Circle helps people live more purposefully, authentically, and joyfully.

"To me, yoga is an amalgamation of self, spirit, and service — a practice that integrates inner awareness with purposeful living."
Self: The physical and mental discipline, introspection, and self-awareness.
Spirit: The deeper connection to something beyond the ego, perhaps spiritual or universal.
Service: The practice of compassion, kindness, and offering your energy to others and the community (seva).

Our Mission
To create inclusive, heart-centered spaces for self-discovery, healing, and connection—empowering individuals to grow personally and build healthier communities.
Meet Aida
Aida Blümli is a certified life coach and yoga teacher with a heartfelt mission to help individuals grow and build healthier communities.

Her journey began with yoga as a fitness practice, which soon unfolded into a deeper pursuit of inner awareness and peace. Coaching emerged through her honest, intuitive conversations with students, gradually evolving into a professional calling.

Now, Aida helps clients navigate transitions in motherhood, purpose, relationships, and lifestyle through a style that blends practical insight with deep compassion.

She draws wisdom from her multicultural roots and global travels—from India to Greece, Turkey to Indonesia—and speaks English, Spanish, and conversational German. She offers both in-person and virtual sessions.

“The more I find gratitude in everything around me, the more life falls beautifully into place.”

When not working, Aida is most alive dancing, gardening, walking by the sea, or spending time with her beloved pets.

As a project coordinator for 8+ years, I’m passionate about organizing meaningful events that bring people together across cultures and backgrounds. With hands-on experience managing both international and regional initiatives, I specialize in creating dynamic platforms where individuals can connect, share knowledge, and collaborate. My work includes end-to-end event planning, including careful budgeting to ensure that each project is financially sound and sustainable.

My love for travel and exploring new cultures continually fuels my creativity, inspiring me to design events that promote cultural exchange, connection, and lifelong learning. Known for my meticulous attention to detail, I ensure that every project is thoughtfully structured, efficiently organized, and smoothly executed.
I am a chef originally from Australia with a passion for travel, culture, and the power of food to bring people together. Through my culinary journey, I love exploring different traditions and sharing these experiences to educate and inspire others. Whether at international festivals or regional events, I enjoy creating spaces where like-minded people can connect, celebrate diversity, and experience the richness of global and local cuisines.
I am the CEO of a single family office based in Vaduz, Liechtenstein, with over 40 years of experience in the Private Banking sector. I enjoy applying this expertise to find tailored, effective solutions for the family I serve. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, staying active through various sports and yoga, going to the gym, playing and listening to music, and spending time in nature.

I strive to maintain a positive outlook and approach both people and the environment with respect and an open mind. I believe our fate lies in our own hands—our choices shape not only our future but also the future of our planet.
I’m Monet Gassner, a chiropractic student with a deep interest in holistic health, movement, and the connection between body and mind. I’m currently working toward my Pilates instructor certificate and serve as the secretary of Bloom Circle, where I help create meaningful projects that bring people together.

I’m passionate about helping others feel their best — physically, mentally, and emotionally. I enjoy making music, doing creative things, and staying active through regular workouts. With a kind and positive approach to life, I love supporting and uplifting the people around me, and I’m always inspired by the opportunity to grow, connect, and contribute to a healthier world.
In my professional life, I work with numbers, strategies, and structure – as a finance expert, I value clarity and precision. Outside of that world, yoga is my balance: through conscious breath and mindful movement, I reconnect with myself. This connection of body and mind supports not only health and well-being but also brings depth into my life – and into the lives of those I teach. For me, the contrast between rationality and mindfulness is a powerful source of balance.
I am a certified yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance RYT), trained in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin Yoga, and Sound Healing.
I’m a mental wellness advocate with over 20 years of experience in behavioral health, child abuse prevention, domestic violence, and family well-being. My work is rooted in compassion, equity, and trauma-informed care.

I’ve built my career at the intersection of mental health, maternal care, and community advocacy—promoting prevention, education, and holistic support for individuals and families. I’m especially passionate about creating safe, empowering spaces for healing and growth.

Outside of work, I’m a proud wife and mother of two who loves cooking and sharing meaningful reads through my book club.
