International Day of Yoga (IDOY) 2026 Liechtenstein Participation Agreement

Dear Prospective Participant,

We cordially invite you to join us for the International Day of Yoga (IDOY) in Liechtenstein. IDOY is a unique opportunity to unite, elevate our consciousness, unlock our potential, and cultivate greater satisfaction. Our mission is to create a day filled with diverse yoga styles and wellness practices, fostering physical, spiritual, and mental well-being. IDOY 2026 will be held in Grossabünt, Gamprin.

 

We seek self-motivated individuals who embody responsibility in both their words and actions, demonstrating selflessness. If you resonate with our core values and are passionate about promoting conscious living, we extend an invitation for you to be part of IDOY 2026 in Liechtenstein.

 

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Voluntary Participation: By participating in IDOY, you affirm that your involvement is voluntary and without any expectation of financial compensation.

  2. Non-Guaranteed Participation: Acceptance into IDOY does not guarantee your participation, and IDOY reserves the right to discharge participants at any time without cause.

  3. Limitation of Liability: IDOY and its team shall not be held liable for any damages or accidents arising from the use of materials on IDOY’s websites, social media platforms, or during the event. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, profit, or business interruption.

  4. Communication Responsiveness: You agree to promptly read and respond to all communication related to IDOY.

  5. Presentation Commitment: As a participant, you commit to teaching or speaking for a duration of 45 to 60 minutes on stage, as assigned by the IDOY Team. Should you need to adjust your scheduled time, you are responsible for coordinating privately with other instructors and promptly notifying the IDOY organizer of any changes.

    • Be open, flexible, and proactive in communicating any concerns, conflicts, or misunderstandings promptly with the IDOY organizational team.

  7. IDOY Support/Platform for Participants:

    • IDOY provides a valuable platform for all participants, offering them the opportunity to showcase their services and promote themselves. Through our event, you can connect with a diverse audience, share your expertise, and contribute to the collective well-being.

    • IDOY will provide the following support:

      • Advertise your name, photos, and website link on the IDOY website and social media platforms.

      • Display your business cards and brochures on the IDOY marketing table during the event (please retrieve any remaining materials afterward, if not it will be disposed).

      • Feature your name prominently on IDOY’s promotional materials.

      • Arrange potential interviews with local media (radio, TV, newspapers, etc.).

      • Facilitate networking opportunities with like-minded individuals.

  8. Acceptance Confirmation:

    • Once your information has been received, verified, and accepted, you will receive a confirmation WhatsApp Text with further instructions.

Thank you for your interest in being part of our International Day of Yoga (IDOY)event. Each year, we welcome an average of over 500 participants throughout the day, and this year we are excited to continue growing! We are inviting 8 -10 highly qualified yoga and wellness instructors to lead 60-minute sessions, each followed by a 30-minute break.

 

INSTRUCTOR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 200-hour Yoga teacher training certification.

  • Certificate of Instruction in [Modality] e.g., Certificate of Instruction in Pilates, TaiChi, HIIT,…

  • Availability for one in-person and two online meetings prior to the event.

  • Commitment to abiding by all event rules and signing the agreement.

Bloom Circle Vendor Agreement

Terms and Conditions

  • Booth locations are assigned by the Bloom Circle team to ensure a balanced and dynamic event layout. However, special requests will be considered when possible.

  • The Vendor agrees to load and unload their goods/food at the designated times provided by the Organizer. Setup typically begins 2 hours before the event starts. Teardown must be completed within 1 hour after the event ends. A detailed vendor guide with setup

  • instructions will be provided prior to the event.

  • Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, cloths, tents, promotional materials, and sufficient inventory. Depending on the venue.

  • There is no special parking available. Vendors are responsible for their own parking arrangements. Unless agreed otherwise.

  • Vendor booths must remain clean and free of clutter at all times.

  • Vendors who do not meet expectations may be asked to leave the event.

  • The Organizer is not responsible for any loss if the Vendor’s products do not sell.

Prohibited Items and Product Standards

All vendors are expected to provide products or services that align with the values and mission of Bloom Circle.

  • Illegal substances or products

  • Offensive, discriminatory, or culturally insensitive materials

  • Items that do not meet our ethical or quality standards, including counterfeit or mass-produced goods that misrepresent artisanal value


Bloom Circle reserves the right to ask vendors to remove any product or display deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or misaligned with the event's integrity.

Fees

For presale ticket packages: Vendors may accept Bloom Circle tickets as payment, and will be compensated for those tickets at the end of the day.

  • A survey of attendees will be conducted before the event to help vendors estimate

  • guaranteed minimum sales, aiding in planning inventory and staffing.

  • Booth deposit cost is 200 CHF, to be paid in advance. This fee is non-refundable.

  • An additional 10% of the Vendor’s total retail sales is to be paid to the Organizer.

Agreement

  • The Vendor agrees to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the Organizer.

  • Failure to comply with the terms outlined in this Agreement may result in removal from the event without refund.

  • This Agreement is binding upon both parties and their respective successors, assigns, and legal representatives.

By signing above, the Vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement, including the agreement to pay an additional 10% of their total retail sales to the Organizer.
